When you submit our request form, we collect the information you provide, which may include: your name, job title, company name, company email, business address, phone/WhatsApp number, the type(s) of synthetic audio content scenarios you're seeking, estimated volume needed, language preferences, your use-case description, and any additional notes you choose to share.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, scope and propose a custom Enterprise Audio Content engagement, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your personal information.
Our request form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which receives the information you submit in order to deliver it to us. These providers process data on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our form processor), or if required to do so by law.

We retain information submitted through our request form for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if we proceed with an engagement together, for the duration of our business relationship and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes thereafter.

Legal basis for processing: we process the information you submit through our request form on the basis of your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and providing our services. Where we enter into a contract with you, processing necessary to perform that contract is also a legal basis.

Categories of personal information collected (in the past 12 months), per the categories defined by the CCPA: identifiers (name, email, phone, address); professional or employment-related information (job title, company name); and commercial information you provide in the request form (scenario types, volume, language preferences, use-case notes). We collect this directly from you.

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
