Specific scenarios, volume, languages, delivery format, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal or order form agreed between you and us, which will control over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
When you submit our request form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the company or organization named. Submitting the form does not create a binding agreement or guarantee acceptance of your project — it initiates a conversation with our team.
Every Enterprise Audio Content engagement is custom-scoped and quoted individually based on scenarios, volume, languages, and delivery requirements. No fees are charged, and no obligation is created, until both parties agree to a proposal, statement of work, or order form.
All content on this website — including copy, design, the SyntheticAlgos name and logo, and underlying platform technology — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership and license terms for Enterprise Audio Content delivered to you — including permitted use (e.g., internal model training) and any restrictions on redistribution or resale — will be defined in your specific order form.
Enterprise Audio Content is generated using synthetic voices, scripts, and scenarios. It is not derived from, and does not contain, real, identifiable individuals' voices, conversations, or personal data of any kind. We make no representation that Enterprise Audio Content is suitable for any particular model, use case, or regulatory requirement beyond what is agreed in your order form.
Information you share with us to scope an engagement — such as your intended use case, training pipeline, or internal specifications — will be treated as confidential and used solely to design and deliver your Enterprise Audio Content, unless a separate mutual NDA specifies otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyntheticAlgos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve (12) months.
We may suspend or discontinue access to our website at our discretion, including in cases of misuse. Termination of any specific engagement is governed by that engagement's order form.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in an engagement-specific agreement.
